New students need to apply for a CUNET password to use services provided by the university and to access the registration system of the Office of Registrar.
Students can contact to request a password by taking a picture of yourself holding an ID card and send an email help@chula.ac.th and specify the subject of the e-mail as “Request CUNET password reset”, the system will notify you via your email.
- Once you have received your password, test it through the Reset Password menu first.
- Jot down or take a picture of the account details and password and keep them in a safe place.
- It is recommended that you should change your password and set up a security question-answer in case you forget your password later.
- The password must not exceed 16 characters.
- You should not repeatedly change the password and should wait for 20 minutes before changing the password again.
- Once you have changed the password, test it through Reset Password again.
- If you are unable to access the Office of Registrar system to input information of your enrollment (CR.19/ CR.20), please contact the Office at 02-218-0016

- Password: one that is generated by ITSM
