The Office of Information Technology offers colocation hosting service for servers at its Data Centers located at Chamchuri 9 Building and Mahittalathibet Building. The service is ISO/IED 27001 standard certified.

How to use the services:

Offices under the management of the Office of the University, Chulalongkorn University

  1. The faculty/college/institute/office must send a memorandum and fill out a form requesting the service to the Office of Information Technology
  2. After the request is approved, the Office will contact the coordinator to install the server at the Data Center.

Conditions:
  1. The server must fit into a standard 19-inch cabinet.
  2. Maintenance and data accessibility is the responsibility of the faculty/college/institute/office to which the server belongs.
