The Office of Information Technology only offers computer maintenance service to departments under the management of the Office of the University.

The Office of Information Technology only offers computer maintenance and repair service of both hardware and software. It also oversees the purchase of computers for projects such as group purchasing, etc.

How to use the services:

Staff in the departments under the management of the Office of the University

  1. To request service through the website, i.e. program installation, printer set up, etc, go to https://support.it.chula.ac.th/> Select Create Request for Service
  2. To report problems with use of PC, printer or other accessories through the website, go to https://support.it.chula.ac.th/> Select Create Incident
  3. To request a computer for use, go to https://support.it.chula.ac.th/> Select Create Request and select Service Type > Office of the University computer maintenance service > Choose Service Name Request a Computer.
  4. To make a request/complaint by phone, call 02-218-3314. The request/complaint will be recorded in the ITSM system.
  5. You may also contact the Office in person at the ITSM counter at Chamchuri 3, 3rd Floor from 8.00-17.00 Monday-Friday (except on public holidays) or the service counter in Chamchuri 9, 4th Floor from 8.00-16.30 Monday-Friday (except on public holidays).

The service is for the departments under the management of the Office of the University and other special cases authorized by the Office of the University. Service hours are from 8.00-17.00 Monday to Friday (except on public holidays).
