User account for the university’s services

Services:

 

A CUNET Account is a user account of Chulalongkorn University students and staff. It gives access to the university’s services, IT, and other systems such as email, ChulaWiFi, and VPN system using Cisco AnyConnect program

To request a CUNET Account
To request a new password (for forgotten password)

  1. If an employee submits the form through the faculty/college/institute, or the faculty/college/institute submits a list of employees’ names on their behalf:
  • The faculty/college/institute submits a memorandum requesting a CUNET Account via LessPaper system.
  • For 5 applicants and more, please submit a CUNET Account request using an Excel form. (Click here for a sample Excel file.)

Students can contact to request a password by taking a picture of yourself holding an ID card and send an email help@chula.ac.th and specify the subject of the e-mail as “Request CUNET password reset”, the system will notify you via your email.

To request information correction
Eligible users:
  1. To request correction of misspelled name/ surname:
  • Notify ITSM at https://support.it.chula.ac.th
  • Select “Create Request”
  • Type of service: Internet services
  • Service name: Request information change
  • Provide the new name/ surname.
  1. In case of a name/surname change:
  • Download an information change request form (The form can be found below.)
  • Notify ITSM at https://support.it.chula.ac.th
  • Select “Create Request”
  • Type of service: Internet services
  • Service name: Information change
  • Attach a zip file of the completed form and proof of name/ surname change.
  • Specify what needs to be changed.

*To request for change of university employee’s name/ surname:

Please select one of the two options:

  1. Request to change only the display name/ surname (Email and username will remain unchanged.)
  2. Request to change all information (Both E-mail and username will be changed.)

Eligible users:

Students and staff

Conditions:
  • Chulalongkorn University students will be automatically issued an account.
  • New staff taking part in the ‘First Meet’ project organized by the Office of Human Resources Management will be automatically issued an account.
  • Other staff can request an account by submitting an internet service request form.
